1. Main function
This machine is used to do wrapping test of 0.1mm – 10mm steel wire, fio de aço galvanizado, linha de contato de cobre e liga de cobre, fio de alumínio, Fio de alta resistência, etc. Também pode ser usado para teste de adesão de teste de revestimento galvanizado.
Em padrão, está em conformidade com ISO7802: 2013: Material Metálico- Teste de enrolamento de fio.
The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and un-windings, or even re-windings. It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.
