1. Main function
This machine is used to do wrapping test of 0.1mm – 10mm steel wire, alambre de acero galvanizado, Línea de contacto de cobre y aleación de cobre, alambre de aluminio, Alambre de alta resistencia, etc. También se puede utilizar para la prueba de adhesión de la prueba de recubrimiento galvanizado.
En estándar, cumple con ISO7802: 2013: Material metálico- Prueba de envoltura de alambre.
The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and un-windings, or even re-windings. It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.
