1. Κύρια λειτουργία
This machine is used to do wrapping test of 0.1mm – 10mm steel wire, γαλβανισμένο χαλύβδινο σύρμα, Γραμμή επαφής χαλκού και κράματος χαλκού, σύρμα αλουμινίου, σύρμα υψηλής αντοχής, κλπ. Μπορεί επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθεί για δοκιμή πρόσφυσης γαλβανισμένης δοκιμής επικάλυψης.
Στο πρότυπο, συμμορφώνεται με το ΠΡΌΤΥΠΟ ISO7802: 2013: Μεταλλικό Υλικό- Δοκιμή περιτύλιξης καλωδίων.
The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and un-windings, or even re-windings. It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.
