NDS-10 WIre Wrapping Testing Machine

1. Hauptfunktion
This machine is used to do wrapping test of 0.1mm – 10mm steel wire, verzinkter Stahldraht, Kontaktlinie für Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen, Aluminium-Draht, Hochfester Draht, etc. Es kann auch für den Haftfestigkeitstest von verzinkten Beschichtungstests verwendet werden.
Im Standard, es entspricht ISO7802: 2013: Metallisches Material- Wire-Wrapping-Test.
The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and un-windings, or even re-windings. It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.
