NDS-10 WIre Wrapping Testing Machine

1. Main function
This machine is used to do wrapping test of 0.1mm – 10mm steel wire, أسلاك الفولاذ المجلفن, خط اتصال النحاس وسبائك النحاس, أسلاك الألمنيوم, سلك عالي القوة, الخ. كما يمكن استخدامه لاختبار الالتصاق لاختبار الطلاء المجلفن.

The test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix. It may also include a specified sequence of windings and un-windings, or even re-windings. It provides reliable measuring method for wire manufacturers and users.
